(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a man who died after crashing into a tree in the Bethany area.  Police say 27-year-old Zachary Benjamin of Hillsboro died in a hospital yesterday following Friday night's crash at Northwest Bronson Road and Roseburg Terrace.  Family members tell KATU he was driving home from work when he crashed.  He leaves behind a 14-month-old son.  Police say he was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
