(Portland, OR)  --  Today is Exclusion Day.  Starting today, students in Oregon will not be allowed to go to school if they are not up to date on vaccinations.  Oregon has the highest rate of kids who are legally exempt from school vaccination requirements in the U.S.  Some clinics were offering free vaccinations ahead of Exclusion Day.
