(Portland, OR)  --  The city of Portland is moving forward with a new pedestrian and bike overpass.  TriMet says the new overpass will go up over the MAX and train lines going from Southeast Gideon at 13th to Southeast 14th in southeast Portland.  Construction is expected to cost about 15-million dollars.  Groundbreaking is set for this spring.
