(Portland, OR)  --  An investigation is ongoing into a stabbing that left one woman fighting for her life in northeast Portland.  The Portland Police Bureau says the woman was walking home from a friend's house on Northeast 78th Avenue near Northeast Klickitat Street Sunday night when a stranger stabbed her.  Residents in the area heard her screaming and rushed to help the woman, who is now hospitalized with life-threatening injuries.  Police are still looking for a suspect.
