(Salem, OR)  --  A suspect is behind bars after allegedly stealing a police car in Salem.  Police arrested Jessie Guajardo over the weekend following a pursuit and standoff.  Police say Guajardo had felony warrants out for his arrest when officers spotted him near Commercial and Hoyt.  He allegedly took off on foot and looped back around to the officers' patrol car, stealing it and later ditching it on 23rd Street Southeast before barricading himself inside a nearby home.  A SWAT team was called out, and police say he surrendered within minutes and was arrested.
