Second Measles Case Confirmed In Salem

(Salem, OR)  --  The Oregon Health Authority has confirmed a second case of measles in Salem.  OHA officials say the patient is linked to a contagious traveler who visited the area from Illinois last month, and is unrelated to the recent outbreak in Washington.  OHA has not provided any details about the patient, other than the person does not attend Salem-Keizer Public School.  Marion County health officials are now working to find anyone else who may have been exposed to the virus by this latest patient.
