(Portland, OR)  --  Bail is set to remain at nine-thousand dollars for a man known as the "TriMet Barber."  A judge ruled to keep Jared Walter's bail as is yesterday after state prosecutors requested bail be raised to 100-thousand dollars out of public safety concerns.  Walter is accused of cutting multiple women's hair on TriMet buses and touching one woman's thigh on the MAX on Monday.  He was previously convicted of engaging in lewd acts on TriMet buses.
