(Deschutes County, OR) -- A man is taking the owners of a Bend restaurant to court for four-million dollars after he was brutally attacked by two customers. Paul Thompson Junior says workers at the Hong Kong Restaurant over-served alcohol to Jason LaPollo and Earl Shone back in 2017 before the two men assaulted him. Thompson claims he was dating the men's bartender, and she had complained about him several times during that day. The two men then sucker punched him and repeatedly kicked him on the ground when he came to visit.
