(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a man who was struck and killed by a car in southeast Portland.  The Oregon State Medical Examiner's Office says 48-year-old Shawn Depriest Scott was killed Sunday.  Police say he was under the Interstate 205 overpass on Southeast Powell Boulevard shortly after midnight when the vehicle struck him.  He was pronounced dead at the scene.
