(Portland, OR)  --  One person is dead and another is injured following an early morning crash in southeast Portland.  Police say a man was driving near Southeast Foster Road and Southeast 134th Avenue early this morning with a male passenger when he crashed into a tree and then a light pole.  The passenger was pronounced dead at the scene, while the driver was hospitalized for injuries.  An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
