(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing several charges after crashing into a fence in Eugene and then hijacking another vehicle and crashing it.  Police arrested 37-year-old Andrew Ross Dingwall for the incident Saturday night.  Police say he initially crashed at Washington street and Lorane Highway before carjacking a woman and then crashing her SUV a few blocks away on Madison Street.  The driver was hospitalized for non-life-threatening injuries.
