(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing charges after allegedly waving around a realistic-looking airsoft pistol in southwest Portland.  Police say someone called 9-1-1 Saturday afternoon to report a man holding a black handgun near Southwest Barbur Boulevard and Southwest 30th Avenue.  Responding officers arrested 20-year-old Dennis Robert Spence without incident on a charge of second-degree disorderly conduct.
