(Portland, OR)  --  Police are searching for a suspect accused of prowling for cars in southeast Portland.  The Portland Police Bureau says the man was spotted breaking into a car near Division Street and Southeast 69th Avenue Saturday afternoon.  The man allegedly drove the car a short distance down the road and then jumped out, fleeing police on foot.
