Man Accused Of Punching Lyft Driver, Police Officer In Faces

(Vancouver, WA)  --  A man is facing charges after allegedly punching both a police officer and a Lyft driver in their faces.  The Vancouver Police Department says the Lyft driver picked the man up yesterday morning at the Pacific Pointe Apartments but eventually asked him to get out of the car because he was being "disruptive."  The passenger allegedly responded by punching the driver in the face and then stealing his hat before fleeing on foot.  Responding officers tracked the suspect to the Winco on Highway 99 and approached him, prompting him to allegedly punch one of the officers in the face.  Police arrested the man.
