(Portland, OR)  --  A 19-year-old man is charged with shooting two people to death in separate incidents in southeast Portland.  The Multnomah County District Attorney's Office says Michael Ramirez was indicted Monday on two counts of murder and two counts of unlawful use of a gun.  He's accused in the shooting deaths of 44-year-old Sergey Peshkov and 18-year-old Lorenzo Gordon in May.  Police say Peshkov was found dead in front of a home on Reedway Street the morning of May 24th.  Gordon was found dead on Southeast 162nd Avenue the following night.
