(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a bicyclist killed in a suspected DUII crash that happened when the suspect allegedly looked down to eat while driving.  Police say 32-year-old Lance Hart was killed in the crash early Sunday in southeast Portland.  Court records show 21-year-old Nicholas Martinez told police he was looking down to take a bite of his taquito early Sunday morning when he crashed into Hart near Southeast 79th Avenue and Flavel Street.  Martinez also told police he'd been drinking tequila with Sprite with some friends throughout the day leading up to the crash.
