(Portland, OR) -- A new study calls Portland drivers the worst in the Pacific Northwest. The Allstate Best Drivers report released Tuesday ranks drivers in 200 U.S. cities based on the average amount of time between insurance claims for collisions. Portland ranked 181st out of the 200 cities and at the bottom of the list of Pacific Northwest cities. Seattle was the second-worst Pacific Northwest city with a ranking of 155th out of 200. Boise, Idaho has the best drivers in the Pacific Northwest and was ranked second-best out of all 200 cities analyzed.
