(Portland, OR)  --  A hiker is hospitalized after being hit by a rock and falling down an embankment near Multnomah Falls.  The Corbett Fire Department says the man was hiking the Multnomah Falls trail Saturday when a rock fell on him, causing him to tumble 75 feet down an embankment.  First responders used a rope system to lift the man to safety.  He was taken to a hospital for treatment and is expected to survive.
