(Portland, OR)  --  A second woman is dead following a hit-and-run crash in southeast Portland.  Police say 59-year-old Robin Macready died from her injuries in a hospital yesterday following the crash that killed her sister, 60-year-old Charlene Niles-Hauth, on Monday.  Family members tell KATU the sisters were best friends and "inseparable."  Police have arrested 20-year-old Antonio Montgomery on more than a dozen charges including hit-and-run and manslaughter.
