(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing charges after allegedly barricading himself inside a Jack-In-The-Box restaurant with an ax.  Police say the man was having a mental health crisis when he holed himself up in the restaurant at Southeast Stark and 257th Drive in Gresham.  Police shut down roads in the area and evacuated the restaurant while they responded to the situation.  Police took the man into custody just after 10 p.m.
