(Vancouver, WA)  --  One person is injured following a crash that brought down power lines and sent an SUV flying in Vancouver.  Police say the two-car crash happened yesterday afternoon along Northwest Erwin O Rieger Memorial Highway near Lower River Road.  First responders needed to extricate two people from the SUV.  Police say passengers in the other vehicle were not injured.  An investigation into what caused the crash is ongoing.
