(Portland, OR)  --  A man is presumed dead after going missing while tubing on the Deschutes River.  The Wasco County Sheriff's office says 36-year-old Jonathan Jensen of The Dalles was tubing near the mouth of the river Sunday when he fell off his tube and disappeared beneath the water.  Police are still searching for his body.
