(Lake County, OR) -- A 73-year-old man is recovering after he was stranded in the Oregon Outback with his two dogs for four days. Gregory Randolph's Jeep got stuck in a narrow creek bed on July 14th. He then hiked about 14 miles before he passed out. He was barely conscious when Tomas Quinones found him while riding his bike through the area. Quinones had a GPS tracking device with an SOS function that he used to call for help.
