(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a man who was shot and killed in northeast Portland.  The state medical examiner says 25-year-old Tyrone Tolliver died from multiple gunshot wounds.  Police say he was shot Sunday afternoon on Northeast Russell Street near Northeast Rodney Avenue.  Police are still searching for his killer.
