(Portland, OR)  --  The Portland Police Bureau is planning for a potentially dangerous demonstration two weeks from now.  PPB Chief Danielle Outlaw says Rose City Antifa put out a notice to its group online, warning that far-right and neo-Nazi groups would be protesting at Tom McCall Waterfront Park on August 17th.  According to city leaders, no one has applied for any permits for a rally at that location.  City, state and federal law enforcement leaders say they are working together to ensure there is not a repeat of the clashes from last month that left eight people injured.
