Flags Lowered Following Deadly Mass Shootings

(Salem, OR)  --  Flags remain lowered across Oregon in the wake of two mass shootings that killed dozens of people over the weekend.  Governor Kate Brown ordered flags lowered to half-staff Sunday following the Saturday shootings in El Paso, Texas and Dayton, Ohio.  Brown calls the shootings devastating and said she is grieving with those who lost loved ones.  A total of 31 people died between both shootings, and more than 50 people were injured.  Flags will remain lowered until Thursday.
