Police Arrest 13 During Saturday Rally, Counterprotest

(Portland, OR)  --  More than a dozen people are facing charges following Saturday's far-right rally and leftist counterprotest in downtown Portland.  Police arrested 13 people during the demonstrations that drew roughly 12-hundred people to the downtown area.  The rally dubbed "End Domestic Terrorism" was organized by former InfoWars staffer Joe Biggs and the Proud Boys, who have been designated as a hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center.  The home-grown Rose City Antifa showed up to counterprotest along with other liberal groups and scores of unaffiliated Portlanders.  Police created physical barriers between demonstrators and counterprotesters to try to keep the peace.  The Portland Police Bureau says six people suffered minor injuries in the clashes.
