(Portland, OR)  --  Police are seeking the public's help in their search for a missing man who suffers from a traumatic brain injury.  The Portland Police Department says 50-year-old Ronald Charves was last seen yesterday afternoon near Multnomah Village.  Police say he may be lost.  He's described as a white man standing about six-foot-four and weighing 230 pounds with a bald head.
