(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing charges after allegedly kidnapping a woman in the Banks area.  The Washington County Sheriff's Office says deputies arrested 43-year-old Lawrence Alan Roland following the incident that put several schools on lockdown yesterday.  Police say Roland hid inside a woman's vehicle yesterday morning while she was dropping her kid off at school.  He then allegedly revealed himself, prompting the woman to try to escape the vehicle.  Roland allegedly tried to force her back into her vehicle and refused to let her leave before eventually fleeing on foot.  Police found him and arrested him later yesterday afternoon.
