(Troutdale, OR)  --  Two dogs are now safe after being rescued from Beaver Creek Canyon in Troutdale.  Someone reported the dogs to the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office after hearing them in distress.  The first was rescued Saturday night, but the search had to be called off for the second until daybreak.  They continued the effort yesterday, rescuing the second dog from a cliff near a waterfall when fire crews use a high-angle rope system to get the animal to safety.
