(Coos Bay, OR)  --  One person is dead and two others are injured following a wrong-way crash near Coos Bay.  Oregon State Police say the crash happened yesterday morning when 56-year-old Rena Clemons of Coos Bay lost control of her car and veered into oncoming traffic, hitting another vehicle head-on.  Clemons was pronounced dead at the scene.  The other driver and his passenger were hospitalized for serious injuries.  Police identify them as 68-year-old Michael Puschel and 67-year-old Toni Puschel.
