(Vancouver, WA)  --  Police in Vancouver, Washington are searching for a hit-and-run suspect after an injured woman was discovered lying in a roadside ditch.  Police say someone called 9-1-1 yesterday morning after finding the woman in a ditch on the side of Lakeshore Avenue near Northwest 78th Street.  She was rushed to a hospital with traumatic injuries.  Police believe she was walking along the road when she was hit by a car.  Anyone with information is urged to contact police.
