(Portland, OR)  --  Officials are issuing a public health advisory over elevated fecal bacteria levels in the water at Sunset Bay State Park Beach.  The Oregon Health Authority issued the advisory yesterday.  People are urged to avoid contact with the water at Coos County Beach as well as Hubbard Creek Beach until further notice.
