(Vancouver, WA)  --  An investigation is underway into an incident in which a police dog attacked an innocent bystander in Vancouver.  Police say the K-9 broke free from his handlers and ran across the street to attack the person Sunday afternoon, injuring them.  Police were at the scene making an arrest when it happened.
