(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a motorcyclist who was killed in a crash in Northeast Portland.  Police say 41-year-old Edward Woods of Portland was riding on Northeast Halsey Street near 80th Avenue Saturday afternoon when he crossed into oncoming traffic and was hit by a pickup truck.  Investigators believe speed may have been a factor in the crash.  No other injuries were reported.
