(Portland, OR)  --  Police are searching for a suspect in connection to a shooting in the downtown area last month.  The Portland Police Bureau says the man fired off several shots along Southwest 9th Avenue between Burnside and Oak Streets in the early morning hours of September 14th.  He then allegedly fled the scene in a dark green or grey Ford Escape.  Police describe the man as a white man standing about six-foot-two-inches tall with a "man bun."
