Police in Hawaii have released a man they thought was connected to the murder of a Portland woman. Marine Master Sergeant Nathanial Cosby was released pending further investigation. On Wednesday, he was arrested an Honolulu airport on suspicion of murder in the death of Ivy Harris of Portland. She was there celebrating her 29th birthday. Her body was found on a beach. the Honolulu Star Advertiser reports charges are pending the results of tests. Police wouldn't say whether Cosby was going to return to his base in Japan. He's an Explosive Ordinance Disposal Specialist who was on temporary duty in Hawaii. Tthe Naval Criminal Investigative Service is assisting in the investigation.
