(Hillsboro, OR)  --  A 120-day ban is in effect on medical marijuana facilities in Hillsboro.  The Hillsboro City Council approved the ban last night, more than a month before the state of Oregon is to begin licensing medical-marijuana dispensaries.  A city spokesman says Hillsboro wants to give members of the community a voice in deciding which direction to take with regard to medical marijuana.  Nearly 200 medical-pot facilities are currently operating across Oregon.
