(Los Angeles, CA)  --  Rapper Macklemore and producer Ryan Lewis are the first Seattle act to win four Grammy Awards.  The duo grabbed trophies for Best New Artist, Best Rap Album for "The Heist," Best Rap Song for "Thrift Shop," and Best Rap Performance, also for "Thrift Shop."  Macklemore, sporting a green velvet tux, gave "first and foremost" thanks to his fans.  Macklemore and Lewis performed their hit, "Same Love."
