(Milwaukie, OR)  --  A man who police say assaulted and kidnapped a woman in Milwaukie is still being sought.  Court documents show 49-year-old Kelly Vern Swoboda has three federal convictions on his record, two for bank robbery and one for a weapons violation.  Police say Swoboda abducted the woman Monday night from a tanning salon on Southeast McLoughlin Boulevard and assaulted her before driving off with her in a purple minivan, but the woman later jumped out of the moving vehicle and escaped.  Authorities say Swoboda is considered armed and dangerous.
