(Portland, OR) -- Two men who shot and killed a 14-year-old innocent bystander during an apparent gang attack outside the Lloyd Center Mall in 2011 are heading to prison after a plea deal with prosecutors. Shiloh Hampton was shot 17 times and police say he was caught in the middle of violence among rival gangs. Twenty-year-old Jimmie Ray Sanders-Garcia pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter and robbery and was sentenced to 15 years in prison. Twenty-one-year-old Eddie Mohr pleaded guilty to manslaughter with a firearm and unlawful use of a weapon, and was sentenced to 20 years.
