(Hazel Dell, WA)  --  About 70 people are looking for other places to live after a fire ripped through an apartment building in Hazel Dell.  The three-alarm blaze started shortly after five a.m. yesterday at the Bridge Creek apartments on Northeast 15th Avenue.  Officials say 18 units were damaged, despite the fact that the building was equipped with sprinklers.  Investigators are trying to determine the cause of the fire.
