Kitzhaber 'Disappointed' With Cover Oregon Rollout

(Salem, OR)  --  Governor John Kitzhaber says he's "angry and disappointed" with the rollout of Cover Oregon.  The governor announced the resignation of Cover Oregon director Bruce Goldberg and says the state is looking at all legal options in its dealings with the website's software developer, Oracle.  Kitzhaber made the remarks while outlining the results of an investigation of the website, which missed the October 1st, 2013 deadline to begin operating and hasn't functioned properly since.  He says the state is considering connecting to the federal health-care exchange.
