(Arlington, WA)  --  Snohomish County, Washington officials say a total of 29 people are known dead following the March 22nd mudslide in Oso, and the number of those presumed missing has been reduced to 13.  President Obama has approved Governor Jay Inslee's request for a major-disaster declaration in Snohomish County, which will trigger financial assistance for people and businesses affected by the devastating slide.  Officials say people can register with FEMA by calling 1-800-621-3362 or by logging on to DisasterAssistance.gov.
