(Portland, OR)  --  Two teenagers, including a member of the Roosevelt High School football team, are accused of trying to steal marijuana from someone near the school.  The "Oregonian" reports the teens appeared in court yesterday on charges of second-degree robbery and fourth-degree assault.  Portland police say the teens are accused of trying to steal the pot from a student's backpack, and one of teens allegedly punched and kicked that student when he resisted.  Bail has been set at a quarter-million dollars.
