(Portland, OR)  --  Police say a man who was armed with a syringe robbed an ice cream shop in Southwest Portland.  Authorities say the man entered a Baskin-Robbins on Southwest Broadway last night and told employees the syringe he was holding was "full of AIDS."  The man reportedly fled with an undisclosed amount of money.  Police describe the suspect as a white man in his 20s, five-feet-nine, slim build, short brown hair, wearing glasses and bright colors.
