(Portland, OR)  --  The Winterhawks' season came to an end with an 8-4 loss to the Rockets in Game Six of the Western Conference Finals from the Moda Center.  Chase De Leo scored two goals and assisted on another and Layne Viveiros lit the lamp as well.  Adin Hill gave up six goals on 39 shots in the season-ending loss.
