Mariners Pick OSU's Moore In MLB Draft

(Seattle, WA)  --  The Seattle Mariners' first pick in this year's Major League Baseball Draft is a right-handed pitcher from Georgia.  Nick Neidert was chosen 60th in the draft.  The Mariners lost their first-round pick after signing free-agent Nelson Cruz last winter.  Seattle's second pick was right-handed Oregon State pitching ace Andrew Moore.
