The Bend Elks returned home after after 14 days away from Vince Genna stadium and they snapped a 3-game losing streak.  The Elks battled the defending West Coast league champion Bellingham Bells through 3 lead changes to come away with a 6-5 win.  Bend exploded for 3 runs in the 7th inning as catcher Cooper Hummel started the rally with a 1-out triple. Then Tyler Davis knocked in 2 runs with a single after the bells walked two elks.  Bend's West Tunnell added another run with an RBI single and Bend holds off Bellingham for the Elks 31st win of the year.  Bend and Bellingham play a doubleheader today beginning at 4:30pm with the first pitch.
