(Corvallis, OR) -- A former Oregon State student is suing the university and former head coach Mike Riley after she was allegedly raped by a football player in 1999. According to "The Oregonian," she accuses the school and Riley of failing to address a culture of sexual assault that led to her rape. The woman blames the school and Riley for not taking action to prevent a sexually violent culture. She is asking for seven-and-a-half-million dollars in damages. Riley, now the head coach of the Nebraska Cornhuskers, said he can't comment on pending litigation but is committed to a harassment-free culture in his football program.
